This listing is for a commission of a watercolor home painting (Photos are examples of past commissions). When you order this commission, please email me reference photos of the home to be painted (kelseykelleyart@gmail.com)
*Please allow 2 weeks for completion of a painting- wait times can be longer for busy seasons, such as winter holidays. Let me know if you are giving this painting as a gift and if there is a deadline (birthday, holiday, etc.), so that I can be sure to mail it or get it to you with enough time.
The painting will be sent flat and protected in paper, with a strong cardboard backing within a sturdy cardboard mailer. Painting will be insured and tracked.
Refunds: No refunds available upon completion of artwork; however, if you are a realtor purchasing this for a client and an issue arises with the sale of the home (sale falls through, date of closing changes, etc.), please contact me to discuss options.
